Job summary

You will provide day‑to‑day leadership for the planning team, drive planning discipline, and collaborate across Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of production planning, manufacturing planning, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Experience leading a production planning team preferred.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing (optics, aerospace, medical devices, defense) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, execution, and maintenance of production schedules to support delivery commitments.
• Develop and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligning demand, capacity and materials.
• Monitor schedule performance and adjust priorities to changing requirements.
