Job summary

G&H is seeking a hands-on Manager, Production Planning to lead the planning function in a fast-paced, high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing environment. You will translate demand into actionable schedules and ensure clear visibility of priorities on the factory floor.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in production planning, strong ERP/MRP experience (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics), and proven leadership to drive planning discipline, optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration with Operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field required.
• 7+ years in production or manufacturing planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a planning team in high-mix, low-volume settings (optics/defense/medical devices preferred).
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, execution, and maintenance of production schedules to support delivery commitments.
• Develop and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligning demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Monitor schedule performance and adjust priorities to address changes.
