You will translate customer demand into executable plans, balancing capacity, material availability, and changeovers to optimize on-time delivery and efficiency.

Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business or related field; 7+ years in production planning/scheduling.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop planners and schedulers.
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP, batch/ high-mix manufacturing, and data analysis.
Mansioni
- Develop integrated production plans translating demand into optimized batch schedules.
- Balance capacity, labor, material constraints, and changeovers to maximize OTIF.
- Lead and develop a high-performing planning team and establish standard work.
