CapstoneONE Search is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager (Planning, Scheduling) for a large manufacturing operation northwest of Knoxville, TN. You will lead a multi-layered team of about 10 direct reports, aligning customer demand with capacity and driving on-time delivery.

Reporting to the General Manager, this permanent, direct-hire role emphasizes production planning, forecasting, scheduling, and production control, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Experience leading production planning or scheduling teams.
• Experience in a complex industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP planning tools.
• Strong collaboration across functions and with customers and senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the facility's Production Planning and Scheduling organization, establishing performance expectations and improving processes.
• Oversee master production scheduling, translating orders and forecasts into executable plans to optimize capacity and on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term production forecasts and capacity plans.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal manufacturing teams, communicating schedules and changes.
• Monitor production performance, inventory, yields, and schedule adherence; adjust plans to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and other leaders to improve readiness and efficiency.
