Job summary

You will collaborate with HR on talent strategy, drive continuous improvement, manage operating budgets and coordinate with global teams to maximize capacity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive manufacturing/leadership experience.
• Experience applying Lean, TOC, Six Sigma or other TQM methods.
• Understanding of manufacturing/ceramics or semiconductor context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site manufacturing with focus on safety, quality and cost.
• Drive efficient, cost-effective production and plant performance.
• Coordinate manufacturing functions and production schedules.
• Implement policies and programs affecting quality, cost and delivery.
• Establish quality programs to meet standards and drive improvement.
• Collaborate with other plants and regions to maximize capacity.
