Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque is seeking a Production Planning Controls Specialist to join our Asset and Operations Management Department. On a typical day, you will collaborate with equipment lifecycle teams, production floors, and management to maintain metrics, assess demand, and support risk assessments and investment plans.

You will generate fiscal plans and reports, conduct inventory and conditions assessments, and help standardize processes across business groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a DOE Q-level clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work with lifecycle and production teams to maintain metrics for risk assessments.
• Assess demand with production floors and management for equipment data.
• Conduct risk assessments and update inputs for system needs.
• Generate fiscal plans, presentations and stakeholder reports.
• Collaborate across missions to standardize business processes.
• Assist in annual reporting and inventory/conditions assessments.
