Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories seeks a Production Planning Control Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will work with PRT leads, engineers, supply chain, and manufacturing to develop and align production schedules that meet deliveries and optimize resources.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and five years of directly relevant experience, with knowledge of Oracle ERP, FW, and demand planning. Onsite work is required, and a DOE Q clearance is attainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and five (5) years of directly relevant experience.
• Experience in business operations planning, construction planning, financial planning, project planning, program planning, or complex production coordination experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align coordinated production schedules to meet deliveries.
• Plan and conduct production, including requirements planning and shop floor scheduling.
• Develop and execute contingency scenarios to mitigate risks and manage constraints.
• Coordinate material requirements and logistics across teams.
• Present production plans and metrics to leadership to ensure proactive execution.
