Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 10 years of exempt experience or equivalent.
• Advanced program planning, scheduling, and production control knowledge.
• Experience with shipbuilding operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, issue, and control production schedules for VCS builds.
• Coordinate material requirements to ensure timely flow of parts.
• Advise management on design changes and production risks.
• Schedule equipment, personnel, and material transfers to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering teams.

Associate's Degree + 2 years relevant exempt experience

Military Paygrade E-5 or above

High School/GED + 4 years manufacturing/shipbuilding experience
