Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years relevant exempt experience or Master’s with 4 years relevant professional experience
• Equivalent to Bachelor's via Associate's Degree + 2 years relevant exempt experience or 4 years relevant non-exempt experience
• Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience could substitute for degree
• High School/GED with 4+ years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades or military experience

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates production schedules to ensure material flow aligns with requirements
• Advises management on work-in-progress status, material availability and potential production problems
• Schedules equipment and personnel, prepares work orders or purchase requests based on master production schedule
• Coordinates interdepartmental activity with QA, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control and shipping

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years relevant exempt experience or Master’s with 4 years relevant experience

Equivalent to Bachelor's via Associate's Degree + experience

Military Paygrade E-5 or above experience

High School/GED with 4+ years related manufacturing or shipbuilding experience
