Rolls-Royce Power Systems in Mankato, MN, is seeking a Sr. Planner/Scheduler to lead production planning and ensure on-time delivery while balancing demand, supplier performance, and inventory.

You’ll liaise across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, and Operations to develop and execute production plans, drive improvements, and mitigate risks. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, KPI monitoring, and reporting to leadership.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in SCM or related field + 4 years of experience in procurement, supplier, or materials management.
• Bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field + 2 years of experience in procurement, supplier, or materials management.
• Master’s degree in SCM or related field, or JD/PhD in SCM or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in procurement, supplier, or materials management in lieu of a degree.
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency; authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize inventory levels by managing safety stock and adjusting purchase orders to meet production requirements and supplier targets.
• Support S&OP and capacity planning to align production with demand and objectives.
• Monitor KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, schedule adherence, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and capacity utilization.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards for leadership, offering data-driven insights and corrective actions.
