Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field + 4 years of experience in procurement, supplier, or materials management
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field + 2 years of experience in procurement, supplier, or materials management
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
• JD/PhD in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 6 + years of experience in procurement, supplier, or materials management, in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Optimize inventory levels by managing safety stock, monitoring excess and obsolete inventory, and adjusting purchase orders to support production requirements while meeting supplier delivery targets
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and capacity planning to align production with customer demand and business objectives
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics—including On-Time Delivery (OTD), schedule adherence, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, capacity utilization, and past-due orders to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards for leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommending corrective actions to improve operational performance

Education

Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management

Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management

JD/PhD in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field

6+ years of experience in procurement, supplier, or materials management, in lieu of a degree
