Job summary

Kendall Howard is seeking a Production Planner‑Coordinator in Minnesota to ensure the seamless execution of manufacturing schedules that meet customer demand and optimize resources.

You will develop, maintain, and adjust production plans based on real‑time data, inventory levels, and supply constraints, coordinating closely with procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance, and logistics to resolve bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (SCM, IE, or BA) required.
• 2+ years in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure materials and resources are available.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans to address delays or shortages.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify process improvements and cost reductions.
• Communicate production status and risks to management.
