Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years in manufacturing planning or supply chain.
• Experience in production planning, MRP, inventory management, and scheduling.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, and other teams.
• Experience with ERP systems and Lean initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans, firm scheduling horizons, and production schedules.
• Support S&OP and Sales and Operations Execution processes.
• Analyze inventory levels, demand, reorder points, EOQ, and safety stock.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Line Management, Marketing, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Monitor MRP and MPS exceptions and adjust schedules.
• Lead forecast reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track backorders and communicate status with leadership.
