  • Coordinate subcontracted services and products, including supplier communication, order execution, and performance expectations.
  • Evaluate insourcing and outsourcing options based on customer needs, production capacity, and internal constraints.
  • Assess material and capacity requirements for new product introductions, including bills of material, cut‑in dates, and build verification.
  • Track backorders, communicate status updates, and work with department leaders to resolve scheduling issues.
  • Manage the review and approval workflow for existing product customer forecast changes in Monday.com.
  • Lead quarterly and semiannual internal forecast reviews for existing products.
  • Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to improve planning processes, production efficiency, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with six or more years of experience in manufacturing planning, production scheduling, material planning, or supply chain.
  • Experience in production planning, material requirements planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, and other cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in manufacturing environments and wear required personal protective equipment, including safety eyewear and steel‑toed shoes.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Epicor Kinetic or similar manufacturing ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies; relevant certification is a plus.
What You’ll Gain
  • The opportunity to influence production planning, inventory management, and manufacturing performance.
  • Exposure to cross‑functional operations spanning manufacturing, purchasing, sales, and supply chain.
