Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environment focusing on production planning and material planning.
• Experience as planner or master production scheduler with ERP/MRP knowledge.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and release the production plan and material availability; prepare work orders to meet customer orders.
• Drive S&OP processes; balance supply and demand; identify risks and constraints.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Demand Planning to manage phase-in/out of products.
• Update customer delivery dates and communicate delays to Customer Service.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and automation to optimize planning.
