Wabtec is seeking a Planning Leader in the United States to drive end-to-end production planning and scheduling. You will align demand, capacity, and material availability with business goals, leading cross-functional teams to meet customer commitments.

The role requires 5+ years in planning, strong Excel and ERP/MRP skills, and a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decisions. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of planning, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or related experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead the production planning and scheduling process to support delivery requirements and objectives.
• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, material availability, capacity, and priorities.
• Monitor schedule adherence and production execution to meet commitments.
• Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain to resolve constraints.
• Prioritize and adjust schedules amid changing conditions and resource availability.
• Utilize Oracle system to manage planning activities and maintain data.
