You will collaborate with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams, resolve scheduling conflicts, and apply advanced planning methods to improve forecast

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in planning or manufacturing.
• Master's degree preferred (8–11 years in industrial manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and company targets.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans as necessary to address delays or changes.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure materials and resources are available.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the production process.
• Communicate schedule changes and priorities to relevant stakeholders.
• Forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels to minimize shortages or excess.
• Prepare reports on production performance and present findings to management.
• Support the implementation of new production technologies and processes.
• Mentor junior planners and provide guidance on best practices.
