You will balance demand, capacity, and supply constraints while collaborating with production, procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to resolve conflicts and improve forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
• Specialized Degree: Industrial engineering, business, or other related field.
• Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
• Field of Expertise: Industrial engineering, business, or other related field.
• Preferred Education & Experience: 8-11 Years in Industrial manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and company targets.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans to address delays or changes.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure materials and resources are available.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the production process.
• Communicate schedule changes and priorities to relevant stakeholders.
• Forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels to minimize shortages or excess.
