Southwire Company, LLC is a leading North American wire and cable producer seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to apply forecasting, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to balance customer requirements with production capabilities.
You will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Operations and Procurement to create accurate demand plans and drive continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years’ experience are required; remote work options may be available.

Location:Remote
Applies knowledge of demand forecasting, supply planning, and data analytics to balance customer requirements with production/Supply capabilities. Builds knowledge of organizational systems, product lines, and customer trends to create accurate demand plans that optimize inventory and service levels. Analyzes forecasts, sales patterns, and market data using standard procedures to identify risks and opportunities. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Operations, and Procurement to support integrated business planning and continuous improvement. Receives moderate guidance in complex planning scenarios but operates independently in routine forecasting and analysis activities.
