Job summary

Plug Power in Rochester, NY is seeking a Lead Production Planner to own the integrated Master Production Schedule for Fuel Cell and Electrolyzer stack operations, coordinating with Product Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to align demand with capacity and systems.

You will lead cross-functional planning, optimize scheduling parameters, and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while driving continuous improvement and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field; 7+ years in production planning or manufacturing operations.
• ASCM certification preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma green belt or black belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated Master Production Schedule for Fuel Cell and Electrolyzer stack operations.
• On-time delivery of customer orders.
• Coordinate priorities across Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Sales and Finance.
