Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience or postsecondary education in mechanics or related.
• Self-motivated problem solver able to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Competence in troubleshooting and performing quality checks.
• Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
• Analytical, detail-oriented problem solver with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment, performing routine preventive maintenance.
• Set up machines, perform repairs, changes, and preventative maintenance per procedures.
• Interpret data from production equipment control systems and displays.
• Monitor equipment efficiency, downtime, and scrap rate.
• Adhere to safety requirements (PPE, LOTO) and SOPs and batch records.
• Communicate repair plans to supervisor and inform management of safety/quality issues.
• Coordinate with team to achieve production deliverables and schedule.
• Support IMEx activities (CI, SW, TPM) and track relevant metrics.
