Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer software applications.

• Knowledge of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, validate, maintain, and calibrate critical manufacturing computer information systems to enhance manufacturing success and minimize downtime.
• Integrate operational knowledge, equipment control, and data into large systems to enforce sequences across departments for batch production, testing, and substance disposition.
• Contribute individually to team deliverables and foster a positive team environment.
• Manage personal time and professional development, being accountable for results.
• Follow standard procedures to complete tasks within the agreed timeframe.
• Identify and solve moderately routine problems.
• Complete assignments with general supervision using established procedures and flag deviations to supervisor.
• Ensure work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.
• Engage in alarm management and monitoring, conduct preventive/predictive maintenance, and develop maintenance SOPs.
• Troubleshoot and identify problems with instruments and electrical devices, support investigations, and contribute to commissioning projects.
