Pfizer seeks a seasoned biopharma manufacturing professional to lead and train teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliant operations. You will apply expertise in process equipment, automation, and GMP standards to plan and execute manufacturing activities.

A strong problem-solving mindset and regulatory awareness are essential for success in this role. The position requires 6+ years in biopharma, a high school diploma or GED, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred, with opportunities

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and operations.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in biopharma unit operations and/or laboratory operations.
• Understanding of continuous improvement processes.
• Proficiency with process equipment, systems, manufacturing operations, and automation control.
• Ability to manage personal time and professional development.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and global environmental guidelines.
• Familiarity with AI tools and learning how to apply them to productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead lower levels within your area of expertise and manage time.
• Provide direction and training to team members, acting as lead worker or SME.
• Identify and resolve potential problems with a broader view.
• Review non-standard work for technical soundness and compliance with SOPs.
• Adhere to Pfizer standards and influence departmental guidelines.
• Leverage knowledge of process equipment, systems and automation to plan activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, MBRs and global guidelines.
