Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Production Operator I in Kansas to operate and maintain production equipment, perform preventive maintenance and handle changeovers. You will work in a cleanroom environment, follow SOPs, and ensure safety and quality across shifts.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience or post‑secondary education in mechanics, with strong teamwork, troubleshooting and analytical skills. Night shift, weekends, OT and comprehensive benefits apply.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain assigned production equipment; perform routine preventive maintenance.
Perform machine set‑up, adjustments, changeovers, emergency repair, and maintenance per procedures.
Interpret data from production equipment control systems and displays.
Monitor equipment efficiency, downtime and scrap rate; ensure safety and SOP adherence.
Communicate repair plans to supervisor and inform management of safety/quality issues.
Collaborate with team to meet production deliverables and schedule adherence.
Support IMEx activities such as CI, SW, and TPM and track metrics.
