Job summary

LGI foundation is hiring for a production/operator role to support 12-hour shift operations, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will handle nano-filtration, UV, or dryer operations depending on site, monitor critical process data, and ensure product quality and safety across the line.

The role requires reading gauges, following SOPs, and maintaining stringent sanitation standards while collaborating with a cross-functional team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in agriculture, production, or manufacturing preferred.
• Must be able to read gauges and document data clearly per procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment under supervision of shift supervisor.
• Monitor and document product volume, temperatures, times, and pressure readings.
• Connect pipes and hoses, adjust valves, and operate pumps.
• Clean equipment and maintain safe, clean work areas throughout the facility.
• Comply with GMPs, safety policies, and quality requirements.
