Job summary

LGI foundation is seeking a Production Operator to assist in multiple areas of the plant, ensuring production runs smoothly according to GMP and customer specifications.

You will follow written and verbal instructions, operate forklifts or pallet jacks as needed, keep the work area clean and safe, and support basic equipment maintenance while documenting data per HACCP, GMP, SSOPs and SQF standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Stable work history in areas such as agriculture, production, or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in various areas of production workflow and document tasks (Dumping/Grinding/Processing, Packaging/Finishing).
• Operate forklifts and/or non-motorized pallet jacks as required.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Perform basic maintenance and clean-up activities and proper equipment storage per safety guidelines.
