Job summary

LGI is seeking a production operator in a 12-hour shift environment in the Sublette, KS area. You will operate processing equipment, monitor critical readings, and ensure sanitation and quality standards are met. The role includes IO handling, membranes, and basic maintenance under supervision.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and preferred experience in agriculture or manufacturing. Strong safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to work overtime are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in agriculture, production, or manufacturing preferred.
• Must be able to read gauges and document data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment under supervision, including nano-filtration, UV, or dryer tasks as needed.
• Monitor product volume, temperatures, times, and pressure readings.
• Connect pipes and hoses and adjust valves and pumps.
• Clean nozzle tips and inspect equipment for sanitation compliance.
• Document charts accurately and follow GMPs and SOPs.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with membrane changes and participate in continuous improvement.
