Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Production, Soil room, and Washroom operations. The role focuses on safe, cost-efficient processes and staff management to meet daily production goals.

You will coordinate with maintenance, ensure compliance with safety policies, manage schedules, monitor quality, and support leadership in fostering a respectful, collaborative workplace culture. This position is on-site in Spartanburg, SC.

Qualifications

• The ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without an accommodation.
• At least 3 years Production experience in a related production environment, preferably in a lead position
• Solid leadership acumen
• Excellent organizational skills
• Has succeeded at a job that required attention to detail, flourishing in a fast pace and measuring/communicating results
• Exceptional internal collaboration skills
• Familiarity with production safety regulations/issues

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Exhibit sound leadership in Crown Laundry culture.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to ensure that production goals are met.
• Work in collaboration with maintenance to maintain equipment.
• Uphold safety by ensuring monthly safety committee meetings are held and address issues.
• Track and communicate production targets and achievements to employees.
• Responsible for ensuring that production formulas and processes are documented and followed.
• Handle administrative duties and ensure timely reporting.
