• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes.
• Demonstrate leadership aligned with Crown Laundry culture and serve as a role model for policy adherence.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to ensure production goals are met.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good working order.
• Ensure safety topics are addressed by monthly safety committee meetings and respond to issues.
