Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor in Roebuck, SC to oversee the Production, Soil room, and Washroom departments. This role focuses on safe, cost-efficient operations and effective staff management to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• The ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without an accommodation.
• At least 3 years Production experience in a related production environment, preferably in a lead position
• Solid leadership acumen
• Excellent organizational skills
• Has succeeded at a job that required attention to detail, flourishing in a fast pace and measuring/communicating results
• Exceptional internal collaboration skills
• Familiarity with production safety regulations/issues

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Ensure staffing through effective scheduling and manage labor costs as directed.
• Ensure employees are adequately trained and meet quality/production standards.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Exhibit sound leadership in Crown Laundry culture: listen to employees and respect voices.
• Fill in and assist with other positions as needed to ensure production goals are met.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Maintain safety by facilitating monthly safety committee meetings and addressing issues with the Plant Manager.
• Track and communicate production targets and achievements via a Production Board and hold department meetings.
• Ensure formulas and processes are documented, taught and followed.
• Handle administrative duties: generate reports and coordinate new hire paperwork with office staff.
