Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities at PGH to deliver monthly shipments.
• Establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls, and gather data on orders.
• Ensure plans to achieve near-term shipments (rolling 3-6 months).
• Develop team capabilities to deliver high performance (coaching, mentoring, leading by example).
• Drive operational improvement ideas to position the team to deliver products efficiently.
