Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development.
• Leads problem resolution to enable fast improvements and better working relationships.
• Manages material requirements to increase inventory turns and reduce on-hand levels.
• Ensures compliance with cost control, waste reduction, quality, OSHA, safety, and on-time delivery at lowest cost.
• Balances work cell capacity/loading across the plant.
• Determines operations headcount needs and ensures policy compliance.
• Identifies and drives capital investments and improvement projects.
• Manages compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Deploys policy using Lean, quality, cost reduction, safety, and plant performance measures.
