Job summary

Lead major incident bridge calls and drive triage activities across data center/network domains.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to mobilize the right experts quickly.
Document application flows, outages, impacts, and runbooks for quick recovery.
Perform proactive network reviews, identify vulnerabilities, and drive improvements in observability.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership during incidents.
