Job summary

Astranis Space Technologies Corp. seeks a Production Master Scheduler to own the company-wide production schedule across all programs, leading Production Control. You will develop achievable plans, gain stakeholder buy-in, and drive execution with leadership and resources.

The ideal candidate filters thousands of lines into simple targets, navigates under-constrained data, and communicates clearly. Exceptional organizational and execution skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in aerospace with scheduling responsibilities.
• Experience building resource-loaded schedules for large programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for multiple satellite production and launch programs.
• Work with production leadership and engineering PMs to integrate schedules into end-to-end programmatic schedules.
• Derive and communicate targets and priorities for hardware to production workcenters.
• Lead a team of production coordinators in a matrix org to ensure on-time material movement.
• Identify schedule issues and drive actions with leadership to enable progress.
• Perform quick what-if schedule modeling to assess emergent risks.
• Create, maintain, and use scheduling processes and tools to identify constraints daily/weekly.
• Collaborate with software and procurement to implement and maintain an MRP system and ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate schedule status to stakeholders via written reports, meetings, and dashboards.
