Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project planning and integrated master scheduling.
• Experience integrating schedules from multiple data sources and third parties.
• Experience interfacing with leadership at all levels.
• Experience with critical path and what-if analysis.
• Experience with schedule health metrics and WBS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Timeline or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, own, and drive master schedules for multiple satellite programs from inception through launch and on-orbit operations.
• Develop and deliver data-driven critical path schedules and progress updates to internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and production to align to milestones.
• Assess new projects, identify dependencies, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Gain operational insight into engineering, manufacturing and launch workflows to improve schedules.
• Lead high-impact reviews to keep plans current and actionable.
• Perform what-if analyses and recommend paths forward to leadership.
• Build schedule tools and reports to enable timely decisions.
• Monitor engineering data to improve schedule accuracy.
