Job summary

You will set aggressive targets for cost, safety, schedules, and quality, and manage a multi-shift operation in a complex environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the shop floor, continuous improvement, and ensuring on-time, complete, and error-free shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or social sciences.
• Minimum 8+ years of management experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of quality systems, manufacturing planning, inventory control, and engineering documentation.
• Understanding ISO 9001, lean, JIT, SPC, TPM, and continuous improvement.
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages operation members who ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives are met daily.
• Acts to resolve non-conformance issues and achieve objectives.
• Ensures schedule completion aligns with customer demands and collaborates to improve results.
• Drives training on methods, equipment, processes, and safety.
• Champions TPM and continuous improvement across functions.
