BioTissue Holdings Inc. seeks a Production Manager to lead an end-to-end value stream from demand through customer delivery in a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will oversee safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people, guiding cross-functional teams across Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, IT, and more to meet shared priorities. Responsibilities include establishing lean practices, improving flow, improving right-first-time performance, and driving cost

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive manufacturing or operations experience.
• Experience leading people or cross-functional teams in a regulated environment is required.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end value stream performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People.
• Lead cross-functional partners to align priorities and drive decisions from demand through delivery.
• Promote a safety-first, quality-conscious culture and ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
