Job summary

BioTissue, Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a Production Manager to own end-to-end value stream performance from demand to delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams across Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing/ops, 3+ years leading teams in a regulated environment, and strong lean/Six Sigma knowledge. ERP/MES experience is preferred, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations experience.
• At least 3+ years leading people or cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP, quality management systems; ERP and MES experience preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end value stream performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People.
• Lead cross-functional partners across Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, IT, and other functions to align priorities and drive decisions.
• Promote a Safety first, Quality always culture and ensure compliance with procedures, cGMP, cleanroom, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish tier management, visual controls, leader standard work, and escalation pathways.
• Analyze and improve flow, capacity, cycle time, schedule attainment, and cost using data-driven decisions.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, develop, and manage production employees.
• Present value stream performance, trends, risks, decisions, and countermeasures in tier meetings and leadership forums.
