BioTissue in Miami is seeking a Production Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing value streams, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost control in a regulated environment.

You will drive Lean initiatives, collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT, and own MES usage while developing the production team. This role demands 10+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years leading teams, in a cGMP setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; science, engineering, operations, or related field preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement certification preferred.
• 10+ years manufacturing/ops experience; 3+ years leading people or cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end value stream performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People; translate requirements into priorities and daily actions.
• Lead cross-functional partners across Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, IT to align priorities and drive decisions from demand through delivery.
• Promote Safety-first, Quality-always culture; ensure compliance with cGMP, cleanroom, quality systems, and audit readiness.
• Establish tier management, visual controls, leader standard work, and escalation pathways to accelerate issue resolution.
• Analyze and improve flow, capacity, cycle time, schedule attainment, and cost using data-driven decision-making.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, develop production staff; manage performance, attendance, staffing coverage, and succession.
