Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing and maintenance across its Montello and Wautoma operations. You will direct production performance while upholding quality and cost targets, reporting to the president.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing with an operations leadership background, hands-on lean experience (5S), and strong communication. Familiarity with SYSPRO is preferred; BS in Operations Management is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing with leadership exposure.
• Experience with lean manufacturing (5S).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency across two sites (Montello and Wautoma) with ~100 employees.
• Manage production schedules, foster teamwork, and implement lean practices to minimize costs and errors.
