Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to direct and coordinate production and maintenance across its Montello and Wautoma facilities. You will drive production performance while upholding quality and safety, reporting to the president.

Lead with lean manufacturing practices, optimize schedules, and manage a team of about 100 employees. This leadership role offers growth opportunities and a chance to influence strategic decisions in a close-knit, employee-focused environment

Qualifications

Expertise in manufacturing leadership and operational management.
10+ years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least in an operations leadership role.
Experience with lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S.
Working Knowledge of computer systems for managing production schedules (familiarity with SYSPRO is preferred).
Must be an effective communicator both verbal and written.
BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience is strongly encouraged.

Drive operational efficiency across Montello and Wautoma locations with ~100 employees.
Manage production schedules, foster teamwork, and implement lean practices to minimize costs and errors.
