Job summary

You will drive production performance while maintaining quality requirements in the most cost-effective manner and report to the president.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least an operations leadership role.
• Experience with lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S.
• Proven ability to manage production schedules and coordinate maintenance.

• Drive operational efficiency and production performance while maintaining quality.
