Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks a Production Manager to direct production and the maintenance department across Montello and Wautoma in Wisconsin. You will be responsible for production performance while meeting quality targets in a cost‑effective manner, reporting to the president.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, expertise in lean practices such as 5S, and strong communication skills to coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Strong lean manufacturing experience including 5S.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct production and maintenance across two Wisconsin locations (Montello and Wautoma).
• Develop production schedules and lead lean initiatives to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Manage and mentor a ~100-employee workforce and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic operational improvements.
