Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years related experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Able to rotate from sitting to standing for long periods.
• Able to bend or twist as needed.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Competent in PC and statistical skills.
• Good communication (oral and written) skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback to associates based on quality and productivity standards.
• Proactively address issues and manage team performance.
• Maintain continuous workflow and detect constraints to avoid line gaps.
• Conduct start-up meetings communicating goals and shift performance.
• Apply root-cause analysis to problems and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare pre-shift plans with goals and anticipated challenges.
• Create end-of-shift wrap-up reports detailing facility condition and calibrations.
• Participate in weekly training and provide progress updates.
