Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role or 2+ years of Tyson supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with processing floor operations preferred.
• HACCP certification and CCP monitoring verification preferred.
• Knowledge of fresh meats processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all production operations at the facility and supervising all production supervisors’ departments.
• Manage production schedules, product rotation, CCP verification schedules, and the safety committee.
• Review team members’ performance and develop improvements where needed.
• Travel as required.
