This role acts as the critical management layer between the VP of Operations and frontline supervisors, ensuring production expectations translate into consistent execution. The ideal candidate will be a proven people leader who coaches supervisors, creates accountability, and stays adaptable as production needs evolve on a fast-moving operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in distribution, production, or high-volume operations.
• Experience leading frontline supervisors strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate operating metrics into actionable improvements.
• Experience in pharmaceutical distribution or other regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to achieve service, quality, safety, productivity, and compliance goals.
• Coach and develop Production Supervisors, strengthening accountability and frontline leadership capability.
• Monitor production performance, staffing, labor utilization, workflow, truck times, and quality measures.
• Coordinate resources across production areas to ensure work moves efficiently and customer commitments are met.
• Build strong communication and collaboration across supervisors and production teams.
