Job summary

Morris & Dickson Co. is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our pharmaceutical distribution center. You will oversee order processing, organize workflows, train staff, and ensure on-time, accurate packing and shipping while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

You will lead teams, monitor metrics, drive improvements, and collaborate with management to meet daily production goals and customer service expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of warehouse supervision experience overseeing shipping operations.
• Experience in shipping, distribution, or warehouse environments; strong numerical/operational skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise second shift picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Lead, train, and develop team leads and associates to meet performance goals.
• Monitor production and quality metrics; identify issues and implement solutions.
• Organize workflows and inventory management; maintain accuracy and accountability.
• Enforce safety and compliance standards across the shift.
• Communicate policies and updates between staff and management.
