Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of warehouse supervision experience, including receiving operations.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Effective communicator with clear and proactive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support third shift receiving operations.
• Oversee the receiving process including receipt, inspection, and movement of incoming products.
• Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and accurate inventory receipt.
• Lead, train, and develop associates and team leads to meet performance goals.
• Enforce safety and compliance standards throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with management to communicate policies and updates.
