Morris & Dickson Co., LLC is seeking a Production Manager to lead the daily execution of production operations at our Shreveport Distribution Center. This on-site role ensures production expectations translate into consistent execution across the operation and provides a critical link between leadership and frontline supervisors.

The ideal candidate is a proven people leader who coaches supervisors, drives safety and quality, and adapts to changing production needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in distribution, production, or large-volume warehouse operations.
• Experience coaching and developing frontline supervisors is preferred.
• Ability to interpret operating metrics and translate into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet service, quality, safety, and productivity goals.
• Coach and develop Production Supervisors and strengthen frontline leadership accountability.
• Monitor performance, staffing, labor utilization, workflow, and quality metrics; respond to variances.
• Coordinate resources across production areas to ensure efficient work flow and meet customer commitments.
• Foster communication across supervisors and teams; address barriers with leadership to improve performance.
• Ensure consistent application of operating procedures and safety standards.
