Itape in the United States is seeking a Production Maintenance Tech to support the plant's reliability. The role focuses on installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment up to 480V, and performing preventive maintenance to keep operations safe and productive.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLC, AC/DC drivers, and welding knowledge.
• Strong math, basic computer skills, and English writing.
• Able to stand, lift up to 70 lbs, and work in hot environments.

Responsabilités

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment including motors, relays, and switches up to 480V.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep maintenance records.
• Serve as a point person for maintenance and problem troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and repair forklifts, pumps, hydraulics.
• Maintain and refill parts inventory.
• Respond quickly to unplanned equipment failures affecting production.
• Communicate with operators and supervisors about issues and safety.
• Use PPE appropriately.
• Assist with related tasks as directed.
